The Frannie & Joe Story

Fran & Joe Meehan decided to "go steady" across the street from our storefront at Johnson's Restaurant (now Basil 1791) in 1951. They fell in love and were married 2 years later. Fran & Joe spent their 70 years of marriage living, loving, traveling, business owning, and growing their family from 2 to 61.

Hi! We are Mariana & Ellie, granddaughters of Fran & Joe! 

As a tribute to our grandparents, we are dedicated to matching timeless elegance with modern romance.
